Once another member get’s in touch with you to request your help as yours is a skill that they’re in need of if you agree to assist them and they provide you with positive feedback you earn a credit.

Use your credits in exchange for skills:
By trading your skills with other users you will be able to earn yourself credits. These credits can then be used to trade with other skilled people for their skills. Let’s face it, you may be great at plumbing, but you’re probably a bit unlikely to also be handy at flower arranging. So, get using your credits to make use of the expertise of other users.
